Over the years, Bollinger has built his winery in the heart of Champagne's finest cru. With over 95% grape vineyards classified, which is far above the average, the extraordinary quality of Bollinger is evident. The current vineyard stands at 163 ha. The vineyards are all in the department of Marne. The majority of this area is processed by our own staff in seven different vineyards.
