Ansitz CEO is a small winery in the lowlands - in the south of South Tyrol. Dietrich Ceolan is the third generation to cultivate the farm's own vineyards and press seven characteristic wines from them.
In 2016 Dietrich Ceolan took over the parental farm and restructured it. As part of the restructuring, Dietrich has fundamentally modernized the equipment in the basement and got help from Michael Scalet in the areas of administration, marketing and sales. This unequal duo complement each other in their tasks and has since dedicated themselves to the pressing and marketing of straightforward, special wines.
The location makes the difference. The origin and tradition of viticulture are reflected in the wines. Whether the vines thrive under the protective rock face on clay soil or grow on calcareous, south-facing debris from Salurn - every variety has its place.
