Producers: Joris Didier
Back in the day, Didier Joris was a professor at the school in Changis, today he manages the 3-hectare vineyard in Chamoson. His philosophy is clear: the constant search for quality, treating the vine with respect, the renunciation of any chemistry in the vineyard and in the cellar.
Didier Joris is considered one of the most talented and determined oenologists in Valais. This can be seen in the complex, skilfully composed red wines and of course in the white wines. Many wines have cult status in the top gastronomy and in the Swiss wine world. Due to the very small and limited yield, there is a small production of approximately of 15'000 bottles, the wines are sought after rarities.
