Producers: Château Le Moulin
Château Le Moulin is owned by Michel and Genevievve Querre, who also own Château Patris, Château d'Aiguilhe-Querre and Château Brun Despagnen. Two and a half hectares include the estate. 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc produce almost 700 boxes per year. The cellar master Marie-Hélène Schaaper works under the direction of Michel Rolland, who provides his oenological expertise here. 85% new oak barrels are used, with Hélène Schaaper prefers traditional coopers, such as Seguin-Moreau, Sylvain or Nadalié
