Clear ruby red colour. Fine cherry, strawberries and violet aromas. On the palate the aromas are balanced out with the delicate oaky flavours. Smooth and elegant.
Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks. Afterwards comes the wine for ageing in big oak barrels.
Since 1984, the Adank family has been passionately and enthusiastically managing the approximately 6 hectare vineyard in St Luzi in Fläsch. The wines emblematically reflect the terroir, which makes the Bündnerherrschaft so unique. The rocks of the Fäscher mountains in the background provide shelter from cold winds and precipitation. A natural moisturizing and mild influence on the vines provides the river Rhine opposite the winery.
