A nice and ripe fruit taste, cherries, complex and perfectly balanced oaky aromas. Smooth and long lasting finish.
The wine is put in french oak barriques, 30% new oak.

Fennel from the own garden, Williams pears from the Chur Rhine valley, mirabelle plums from the neighbor. The good of our nature comes in concentrated clarity into the glass.

The vines grow on débris of the Maienfelder Falknis mountain. The rocky, schisty and chalky subsoil with a high pH (7.5-8) is best for the growth of the Pinot Noir vine.
