Lafoa, from the pilot vineyard to the top wine. On the vineyard of the same name, Lafoa, wine pioneer Luis Raifer set new grape varieties as well as new standards in the vineyard. Less yield for quality grapes and quality wine. Lafoa symbolizes the beginning of the South Tyrolean quality offensive. From the 1980s, the winery Schreckbichl pioneered. On this pilot vineyard, the Lafoa idea arose: introducing new quality standards. These are consistently adhered to today by the employees and members. Lafoa today stands for red and white ones that are powerful, structured and finesse. The wines have a great maturing potential.
