Our producer: Domaine E. Rouget
For over twenty years, Emmanuel Rouget was responsible for the infection of his famous uncle and mentor Henri Jayer, the legendary cult winemaker of Burgundy who died in 2006 and whose Pinots are now extremely sought-after and almost priceless.
As Jayer's successor, Rouget produces today in his winery in Flagey-Echezeaux plants of the most beguiling fruitiness with simultaneous elegance, harmony and finesse. Unfortunately, during his lifetime they are almost as rare as his uncle's great wines.
Due to the small quantities and the very high demand, we do not offer Rouget wines in our web shop. We ask for your understanding that these wines are primarily reserved for our regular customers in Switzerland and gastronomy.
