"Wines full of character are shaped by their origins. The origin makes them unique - they tell a story. Our wines tell of the terroir, the power of nature and the respectful treatment of the soil. They tell of vines that are rooted in a diverse and natural environment. Plants that can develop at their own pace.

We give our wines the freedom they need to be able to develop in the best possible way. In the cellar we do not change the given character of the grapes. We ferment almost exclusively with wild yeast. Apart from a little sulfur, we do not use any other additives.

We give our wines the time they need. We would like to give all wines a perfect harmony on the journey: This can take months, sometimes years. The wines rest on their own yeasts in wooden barrels or steel tanks. Our idea is to make authentic wines full of character. We implement this consistently by perceiving and observing the natural processes in viticulture, but hardly influencing them."
