The wine impresses with its elegance, balance, full-bodiedness and long finish. A wonderful accompaniment to roasts, game and red meat dishes. The wine is ready to drink immediately, but if stored correctly, it can develop and retain its great potential over several decades.
After destemming, the grapes are lightly pressed and then fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The expansion then takes place in large oak barrels over a period of 18 months. After all, the wine is stored in the bottle for half a year before it is sold.
