Doyard's Brut Cuvée Vendémiaire Champagne is made from 100 percent Chardonnay harvested in villages classified as Premier Cru in the famous Côte des Blancs. The cuvée comes from the assemblage of the last three vintages. Partial malolactic fermentation. Matured in oak barrels and then left on the lees for at least four years.
