Weissburgunder has a long tradition on our winery. The oldest Pinot Blanc grapes from the Bündner Herrschaft have their roots here. The Malanser Weissburgunder is a very elegant, fruity all-rounder and very versatile.
Cool fermentation in steel tanks.Aging for 6 months on the full yeast in stainless steel tanks.

In the cellar we do not change the given character of the grapes. We ferment almost exclusively with wild yeast. Apart from a little sulfur, we do not use any other additives.
We give our wines the time they need.

The wines rest on their own yeasts in wooden barrels or steel tanks. Our idea is to make authentic wines full of character. We implement this consistently by perceiving and observing the natural processes in viticulture, but hardly influencing them."
